This is a position that I have thought long and hard about with Brandon, I do not see you as a developer so I have demoted you from that don't take this as an offense I just think it's the right judgement. You are now Tier 4 go look in the staff guideline to see what your job is to do. I'm sorry you didn't have chance to show me anything about the web developing but to be honest I really don't need another one it was just really a heat of the moment sort of thing. You leave forums to me and calc everything else you are basically incharge of except you do not code.
Congratulations on the promotion, do TV317 proud
Yet again sorry I didn't see you do anything in the development area but this position will suit you fine.
