Forum Updates By Mod Calc #3

Make sure guys you do not post in new and announcement about stuff that clearly isn't updates or an announcement. This area is for stuff like vps changes and promotions and stuff like that. Server offline and online threads WILL NOT bE permitted in this area, make those posts in general chat.
As In Other news, I have changed the Web Dev to Forum Admin because a forum admin does the same by making new places to post stuff, cleaning the forums, making the forums look more nice. A dev also does that but they don't focus on moving threads or deleting they focus on making the forum backgrounds look good and the banner and other links and in-game coding and most forum things dev do is also a Forum Admin's job. So I'll be changing the name. If Jess wants to re-create web dev rank he could.

I Changed the Forum Skin and it also has a custom cursor when you entter/usethese forums
